(3) Now we need the first option which is from the file and since we have a drop-down menu and in this drop-down menu you might want to select the PDF, if you have a JSON file, you can also choose between a JSON and if you have the XML data you can choose and you can even choose the data from Extract text or CSV. 

(4) Also now we need the PDF option so select the PDF Navigate to your file so my file is on the desktop and now let me select the PDF Select Document Import Now Excel will automatically analyze the tabular data in PDF and GIS format. 

(5) Now see the results according to Excel, there are several table formats Table 1 Table 2, so basically this table is one and the same, so all 29 states are set in one table, but since the PDF is in Sheets, this particular document considers the first table as a separate table and the table that is on the third page as a separate table, so we have Table 1, Table 2 and there are some more tables that stick out assuming it could be a table but it isn't and another table with page number 002 has a table and another is here.

(6) Now there is an option to select all tables at once or you can choose just one table you want to select. So when you select multiple items, Excel automatically gives you the option to choose your tables. You can just review and select the tables you want, or you can select the table you want in your Excel sheet directly. 

(7) Now let's try selecting multiple tables, so I'll choose one, two, four, and five, and this particular one isn't a table, so I'll remove that now. You may want to select the Upload option to have Excel load the data now. 

(8) Now all the data has been successfully loaded Yes, it gives us a notification that all the data has been successfully loaded and now just right-click on it and here choose the option Load 2 and here select the table option and if you want the data to be loaded into a new worksheet you can select this and select OK We see that all the data in the table format loaded correctly in the north New Excel sheet.

(9) Similar, let's try to load another page in table format new worksheet, select ok and the third sheet now prepare to impress your boss and convert all PDF data to Excel spreadsheet in seconds with a few steps and voila, all four tables were successfully uploaded in Excel form in a few steps.
